Exhibit Opportunities


The AOS, KSEPS, MoSEPS and OAO invite you to participate in the 2020 Table Rock Regional Roundup. This four-state regional ophthalmology conference is scheduled for September 25-26, 2020, at the beautiful Big Cedar Lodge just outside of Branson, Missouri.

The 2020 exhibit hall will have ONE size of booths available: 8 x 8.

Please note: The exhibit hall will only be open on Saturday, September 26.  Friday, September 25 is for set-up only.

This annual conference attracts approximately 90 ophthalmologists from our four states and provides exhibitors with many direct physician contacts in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. 

Unlike more traditional conferences at which physicians may only attend for a day or even a single lecture, our attendees attend all events!

Other Important Details

  • Shipping -- If your company is shipping exhibit materials to the meeting site, please make note of the following items:
    • Address:

    • Tracking - We strongly recommend that the company provides the representative who will attend the conference with tracking information for your shipment.  This will help in case the materials are not received at the Big Cedar Lodge.
    • Timing - Your shipment should arrive no earlier than Monday.
    • Special Handling - If your materials require special handling (such as a forklift), please contact the Table Rock conference administrative office so we can make appropriate arrangements

    • Delivery - Display materials will be delivered directly to your company's booth in the exhibit hall on Friday morning, September 25.
    • Outbound shipments must be packed by your company representative with a pre-paid shipping label.The Big Cedar Lodge will deliver the items to the carrier on Monday, September 28.
  • Setup and Strike
    • Booths will be available for setup beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.  Dismantling will begin after the conclusion of the last break on Saturday (approximately 3:30 p.m.)
    • Please note the information above concerning outbound shipments after the show.

  • Attendee Lists -- We will provide all company representatives with a printed attendee list when they arrive at the conference to set up their booth.  Approximately 7-10 days, we will email all companies an Excel spreadsheet with the addresses and office phone numbers of registered attendees.  Unfortunately, we are not able to share email addresses of the doctors.

  • Name Badges for each company representative will be made on-site.  Reps are welcome to use their own company name badge if they so desire.
